When an Organ Fails, Replace It

Even with perfect aging-rate intervention, individual organs fail catastrophically. Transplantation is no longer the option of last resort — it is becoming a routine biomedical engineering capability. The CureForge Transplantation Institute is the federation’s research engine for that work. Thirteen specialized AI systems collaborate across solid organ transplantation including heart, liver, kidney, lung, pancreas, and intestine; xenotransplantation with engineered animal donors; vascularized composite allotransplantation including face, hand, arm, uterus, and larynx; bioprinting of vascularized tissue scaffolds; decellularized scaffold engineering; salamander-class limb regeneration biology informed by bioelectric signaling and the embryonic-pathway reactivation literature; and the whole-body and head-transplantation frontier. Donorrecipient matching, organ preservation optimization, rejection and tolerance induction, and aging-of-donor analysis are unified across all organ types. Every match and every procedure is reviewed by qualified transplantation specialists.

Value proposition:
  • All organ types, all replacement modalities, one research engine
  • Engineered xenotransplantation donors with closed-loop edit orchestration
  • Salamander-class limb regeneration coordinated with reprogramming biology
