Multi-Omics Target Identification at Federation Scale

Drug development fails most often because the target was wrong. The CureForge Target Discovery Institute is the federation’s research engine for finding the right ones. Ten specialized AI systems collaborate across genome-wideassociation-study causality analysis using Mendelian-randomization and colocalization frameworks, transcriptomics target identification at bulk and single-cell resolution, proteomics target discovery using high-throughput multiplex platforms, metabolomics target discovery, microbiome-derived target identification coordinated with the federation’s intimate and whole-body microbiome institutes, multi-omic integration through open-target-class platforms, druggability scoring informed by deep mutational scanning evidence, target tractability ranking incorporating synthetic-lethality and paralog-redundancy patterns, patent-landscape analysis, and adversarial target audit. Outputs route to the chemistry institute for novel-molecule design, the translational medicine institute for preclinical bridge work, and to the relevant disease vertical institutes.

Value proposition:
  • Multi-omic target identification at federation scale
  • Mendelian-randomization causal evidence on every target
  • Continuously updated tractability and patent-landscape analysis
