If Death Is a Program, It Can Be Edited

Programmed cell death is not optional biology. It is a sophisticated, layered system of pathways the body uses to terminate cells under specific conditions. When those pathways misfire — when good cells die that should not, when bad cells survive that should not, when tissues age because their cells cannot be cleanly replaced — the result is much of what we call disease. The CureForge Programmed Death Mechanisms Institute is the federation’s research engine for that biology. Twelve specialized AI systems collaborate across apoptosis, ferroptosis, pyroptosis, necroptosis, anoikis, autophagy-dependent cell death, mitochondrial permeability transition, cellular senescence, telomere attrition, and the broader phenoptosis hypothesis. Combination-therapy orchestration designs interventions that target multiple death pathways together. Every in-vivo death-pathway intervention is humanreviewed before release.

Value proposition:
  • All major programmed-death pathways under one research engine
  • Combination-therapy orchestration across pathway interactions
  • Adversarial review on every in-vivo death-pathway intervention
