Four Thousand Species, One Model

Evolution has already run the longest-running longevity experiment in history. NaFM is the foundation model that reads the result. Trained across more than 4,600 species spanning microbes to mammals, it learns the molecular, cellular, and physiological motifs associated with exceptional lifespan, regenerative capacity, cancer resistance, and stress tolerance. The model surfaces transferable design principles — pathways, structural motifs, regulatory architectures — that can be ported into human therapeutic candidates and tested in downstream institutes. It is the single largest source of non-obvious hypotheses inside the CureForge platform, and it is built to be queried, not just consumed: partners can ask species-grounded questions and receive grounded, traceable answers.

Value proposition:
  • Comparative biology across 4,600+ species
  • Transferable design principles for human therapy
  • Grounded answers with full provenance
