The 78-Organ Institute (eighty organ-level models in production) builds digital twins for every major organ system and couples them through shared circulatory, immune, endocrine, and metabolic state. Multi-omics foundation models, physics-informed simulation, and patient-derived organ-on-chip data feed each twin. Cross-organ reasoning surfaces interactions that single-organ studies miss: how a metabolic shift in one tissue changes vascular risk in another, or how an immune perturbation cascades through the gut-brain axis. The institute’s outputs feed every other CureForge institute as a physiological substrate, so therapeutic candidates are evaluated against the whole organism, not a single endpoint.
